Shipping Policy

I currently ship original oil paintings to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Processing and delivery

Orders are carefully packed and usually dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3-5 business days for the EU, 5-10 business days for the UK, and 7-14 business days for the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of the carrier, customs processing, or circumstances outside my control.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Once your order has been dispatched, I’ll send you the tracking information if tracking is available.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Orders sent internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check the rules that apply in your country.

Delivery problems or damage

If your parcel appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or has another delivery problem, contact me at shiomiaato@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, if the artwork or packaging is damaged, clear photos of both. I’ll work with you and the carrier to address the issue.
